Never mind worrying about it. Even if you did get an erection during an physical, it wouldn't be the first time a doctor's seen that. It's a normal reaction to someone touching your privates.

doctors male or female have seen every things/parts of a human body dead or alive many many times ! if you still worry then right after registered just before seeing the doctor, head toward the washroom to masturbate!
Anyway stop worrying an erection as this goes to show that you are very normal n healthy, in fact you should be happy your 'that area' is functioning well !

A male doctor, of all people,should understand why u become erect in that situation. Think nothing of it, hes only seen the same results hundreds of time. Means nothing to him, its a natural occurrence. Same holds true if ur doctor is a female. I`m sure they were taught that in med. school. So relax !

Just don't think of it as being touched in an erotic way - go somewhere else in your mind that totally turns you off. Picture the worst possible thing and take yourself away from that moment.
But - if it does happen, don't worry - it happens to many men - most at one time or another.
