First of all I gotta ask how old are you?You must be young to think like that.I know you don't hate your brother, you just think that you do.Try to make friend with his wife, spend time with her,and when he sees that he doesn't have time to be with her (just because of you) he will be the one who's angry and nervous.And don't be so angry, maybe he doesn't have that money to buy a house at the moment.Maybe he likes to stand on foot first then he will consider buying new house.Good luck and keep your smile:)

what are you try to ask? your qurstion is not very clear at all. do you live with your brother at home or does your brother live with you? what results? and what is he demand on you?
if you don't like your brother (me either) than move out and get away from him. just because you two happened to be born in the same household it doesn't mean you have to love and live with him forever
