I can't answer what if anymore, but I can tell you they didn't for the most part.
Korea suffered a setback, but things will probably go back to normal once the shock wears off. However, most indices went up, including all major American exchanges, the Nikkei, and most European exchanges.
Oh yeah, an the Won, South Korea's official currency took a dive.

China and Tiawan's markets were fairly high after the news broke. Some markets are up. I say tomorrow will be a down day just because it's continuted down pressure from the highs of last week. People sell and short at the tops.
