tell me what yall think?

every time i wake up it don't matter what time it is i get to feeling sick but never throw up then i start getting dizzy and having hot flashes and i get to where i have to drink water all day

You should see a doctor, it may be diabetes: being thirsty all the time is one symptom of that. Anyway, see a doctor.
