Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to help out a friend of mine who has an elderly Dad who could use some help at this time of his life...Does anyone know where/how to apply for assistance if you would qualify as a Native American?
What would he have to do or have to be able to do this?

Any special advice?

Thanks!

You should go to the tribe from whence he came. They ought to be able to help.

He needs to be enrolled in the tribe and then they can help. Look up the tribe online and contact the eligibility/enrollment department to prove he's part of the tribe and they will take it from there.

Department of Interior at your local Federal building. Do a search--it's probably on the web.
