The laws do not have much effect on who has sex and when. When the urge is there they will find a way to do it.

Yes boys should use condoms when having sex all the time. Gitrls allso need to take responsibility for themselves and insist on the use of condom and also have their own protection available at all times.

About 12 years of age is the time boys and girls begin to feel the urges. Some more than others and some begin to have sex very erly. Girls are often convinced to have sex long before they are ready to.

Forced sex is wrong and should be reported. This is not only for the girls. Boys are forced into sex as well. Boys seldom report it and cary some real social problems because of it all their lives.

Sex is a normal action of humans and should be addressed properly and in the open. Religions are the largest cause of people having bad issues with sex. Parents are the next reason because they do not take the time to explain sex properly to their children.

Enjoy sex by all means. Protect yourself. Be willing to say no when you want to say no and mean it.

Sex is not to be feared. it should be understood and accepted for wht it is.

I don't know the age requirement, but guys should ALWAYS wear condoms during sex, regardless. They prevent STDs and pregnancy. You don't want to be a teen daddy or get AIDs!

I personally think you should have to be a legal adult before being allowed to have sex. It's not a moral thing for me so much as a maturity thing. With the sheer number of teen pregnancies nowadays, it is obvious that high schoolers are not responsible enough to have sex.

The age limit in Arizona is 83. Usually, a boy that age does not need to wear condom anymore, because it is physically impossible, even with Viagra.

He asked a query approximately Texas regulation, not on your opinion. In precis: age 17, yet with out one over 3 years older than you or of a similar intercourse, and not with a school worker or a intercourse criminal. The age of consent in Texas is 17 (Texas Penal Code section 21.11). in spite of the fact that , "...this is an affirmative protection to prosecution under this section that the actor...replaced into no extra desirable than 3 years older than the sufferer and of the alternative intercourse...(and) did not use duress, tension, or a threat against the sufferer on the time of the offence" and is not a registered intercourse criminal {section 21.11(b)}. section 21.12 extra prohibits all sexual touch between an worker of a school (which comprise educators) and a pupil enrolled on the often happening or secondary college the place mentioned worker works (except the pupil is the employees companion). No age is laid out in making use of the statute (consequently, whether the pupil has reached consent age of 17, it remains a contravention), and violations are a 2d degree legal. See the link:

I say now a days kids hormones are all over the place at early ages then before. So if they think they are ready to have sex, then they have to get the reality of making babies and taking care of them too. Make him get a job and maybe do some babysitting too.

There is not a legal ruling about this. If you are having sex then you should use protection. It is something that should be discussed between the two people engaging in the sexual activity

Check out http://www.ageofconsent.com/

Boys should tie it in a knot, because there's always some bi-atch who wants them to fund a baby (that they'll never even see.) Could be a $216,000 mistake. ($1000 a month child support, times 12 months, times 18 years).

Besides, the woman will almost always lie about where she's been and who she's been with. She might be carrying some really nasty bugs.
