i like Juliana and Adriana they are both very pretty names and they are different, the rest of them would confuse me but you can also use some of the other names as a middle name for them. good luck and i hope this helps. tell your sister, "congratuions on her twins!!!!!"

I think Natalia and Nadia, Marissa and Mikaila, and Juliana and Adriana. All sound the best. But out of these 3 the best is Natalia and Nadia!

Out of those names, I like Natalia and Nadia, but I'm not a fan of naming twins with the same first letter.

My 2 absolutely favorites are Kaya(pronounced k-eye-ya) and Kalaya(kuh-lay-ya). But out of the names you have chosen, I would pick Marissa and Mikaila...those are beautiful names.
