So I need help...I keep it simple and to the point because there is a long story invovled but the shorter the better.

My best friend since middle school and I have always been close. I'm gay and he just adores the crap out of me for it. We just graduated high school and are now in college and I've been in love with this guy every since we became friends and the problem is I think he's gay but has a serious gold diggin' girlfriend and he's afraid to come out. I'm so jealous of her...but I hate how he can't be himself because he's afraid. He's a big military kind of guy too by the way.

Reasons why I think he's gay: He has a nickname for me, we have a history of messing around, and I when I moved away for college he cried so hard when I left. He is way way way protective of me, especially when I talk to other gay guys. He talks about me to everyone all the time from what I'm told. He always 'plays around' with me and talks to me dirty and **** like that...!! How do I win him?

I wouldn't push the issue. I'm sure it was difficult for you to come out, and if he is gay, it is obviously even more difficult for him to do so. He'll come out when he feels comfortable in his own skin.

Also, if he's military, then there is definitely the added issues that that brings. My best friend is in the military, and he tells me that they pretty much drive homophobia into you there. The military, as I'm sure you know, is a very dangerous place to be if you're gay.

Good luck, either with him or whoever else turns out to be your special someone!

you guys really are *******. first of all, if he is gay, why does he have a gold diggin girlfriend like you said? if everything you said was correct, just go ahead and talk to him about it. its not something i would do if i were you, but its just an advice. i know how you feel because you know him since middleschool. good luck.
