Seems to say something like "We don't appreciate negative messeges from fans, and if we keep receiving these negative e-mails, we'll have to shut down this website"...? This is a really badly translated Japanese and not making much sense to me. I've worked as English-Japanese translator so I know...

Chiha is correct. This is a really bad translation and VERY hard to understand..
