Just be professional. Bear in mind that folks senior to you probably know a LOT more about the business than you do. Learn from them. It will benefit everyone.

First don't use words like "obviate" because anyone, no matter what the age, will probably look at you like "HUH?" when using such a word. You don't have to prove yourself by using big words. About your question, fist thing to do is not tell anyone how old you are. Make it a NON issue. Your age, his age, anyone's age...........it is NOT an issue and no one's business. Do not let the subject even come into conversation.

Be nice don't talk enough to let people what you don't know. Treat people as you would like to be treated. Don't be too hard on yourself, make the people that envy you like you.

Give him more respects than others. Talk to him more often and ask him for some opinions, even you don't need them. Complement him often.
