Well i guess it all depends on what you have to tell him. I am in a relationship and i feel honesty is the way to go so i always tell him everything. Always alone never around fanilly or friends. If it is something major then i suggest you just sit him down and tell him, there is no right or wrong time to do it. I would just do it when you are both alone together.

Tell him and don't beat around the bush. Don't drop hints. if it's somethingbig like pregnancy you best tell him immediately
