If you know any friendly cops, you can have one of them catch him in the act and give him a warning. If you only know unfriendly cops, then bear in mind that all your BF will get is a fine, not jail time, and if he can afford it maybe it will scare him out of the habit.

My brother routinely bought alcohol for his underage college buddies until the night he got caught doing it. The cop wrote him a ticket, he paid a fine. It's a misdemeanor. And he stopped doing it, because the SECOND offense starts to get problematic.

Tell him how his actions will be if he gets caught. How old is he if he can't see that it is so wrong then he needs to be dobbed in. First of all the parents of these kids need to be told and let them deal with him. If he does't stop loose him he is a loser. Tell him some people see it as an abuse of minors. It is usually weak minded people that hang around buying smokes for young people. I knew a man that would supply boys and girls with smokes and alcohol he was a peodophile. He would expect things back in return.

You will never be able to control someone else. If he's doing something you don't like, and you've asked him to stop and he doesn't, then there is no point in trying. It doesn't sound like he respects you much, or for that matter, that you respect yourself so much that you beg him not to do illegal things. The smart thing to do would be to dump him, get some self-respect, and call the cops.

Drop a dime on him with the ATF. After they tazer him into submission he will know what a jackass he has been when they hand him a nice fat citation, or even take him to jail. They are getting serious with underage smoking especially the ones who buy for underage kids.

OMG I'm sorry to hear that, I would tell those 16 year olds mom or dad that he is bothering your boyfriend to buy them ciggs. It sounds like your husband doesn't want anyone to get mad at him, like he's afraid of looking like the bad guy to those kids, you might have to tell those kids to back off or your going to have a little talk with their mothers and fathers.

Ask him to stop, once, and no more.

The better question that you really need to ask yourself is what are you doing with this guy? Women (young and older) need to come to their senses when it comes to men (and boys). Know what qualities a good one possesses and stay away from those who do not have them. Seems pretty simple.

Do yourself a favor and dump this guy already.

If you love him then to the right thing and turn him into the cops. He's breaking the law by buying them for ANYONE under age.

Does he want to risk going to jail for some teenagers who probably could care less about him going to jail?

If he's smart, he wouldn't.
