It is normal for penises to point in different directions. Barely any man has a straight out erection. It is perfectly normal to have an "irregular" erection.

Well my penis also point to the left.While I'm have a body check up.I'm been ask this question to the doctor.What I'm have for the answer was "nothing but normal".My penis point to the left mgith because I'm using my right hand to masturbate.
