I'm fine with it... as long as the man is older than 25. Before then... it seems most men haven't figured out their lives yet...and usually the last thing an older woman wants is to help a man through the formative years. Women usually want men that can offer advice...not need to take it. Just my opinion...
As for the vice-versa... I've always like older men... but not too much older. Just 5 years or so.

I am an older woman (56) and have had younger men in my life.
I think if is the right two people it is wonderful.
I am constantly being asked out by younger men. It is amazing how many young guys are interested in older women.
I have a 45 yr old interested in me-- but he has young teenage kids that live at home. My kids are raised. I really don't want to go through the teenage years again. Been there, done that, don't need to do it again.
I actually would prefer men close to my own age because they know the same history that I do. Like the same music. Have stiff joints when I do.
for now, I will stick to men my own age.

Yes I think that its fine and quiet acceptable. It is up to the people involved to decide if its right for them, I dont think that society needs to have their say in it. As long as the youngest person is over 18 years then its okay by me.
I prefer younger men, I am 40 and men my age are sooo OLD. Not all I admit but alot of them have been married since they were 20 had kids and been divorced. They let themselves go and act and look as old as my dad. I might not be a stunner and I am sure I dont look 25 but my attitude is that of a younger person so I go for the younger men. In fact even my first boyfriend was 1 year younger then me.
People should do what is right for them, and the rest of the world can mind their own business.

It depends on the difference between the two and the maturity levels. My fiance is 5 months younger than I am, and that works. However, I dated a guy who was 13 months younger than me, and that was a disaster thanks to his immaturity!
In general, I find that the half your age plus seven years rule works pretty well...

I've had two relationships with older women - not satisfied with either one.
I would have some problems with older men having relationships with younger women.

I have my eye on a younger man right now. I want his pants to drop. Bad but true..he is twenty and I am thirty. I should care but I don't. Attract with honey, then sting him like a bee. The buzz will be enjoyable.
