Right before I fall asleep, I wander(I'm I making the right choice?, I’m just justifying everything I do?, Where's my life going, old girlfriends and new ones, should I just leave? So much more.) ? It tortures me.

I don't know if it's the scariest part, but I know what you mean. If you think too much (like me) your brain doesn't shut down when you lie down. You torture yourself with what-ifs, you overanalyze everything. It's hard to relax & clear your mind. It's called insomnia. It happens to me too. I started playing guitar & writing songs to cope with mine. If you find yourself lying there & can't sleep just get up & do something until you're so exhausted you just collapse. Seems to work...

That is because when you are getting ready to fall alseep, your mind is relaxing and trying to get rid of all the thoughts that are normally going around in your head during the day. You are comfortable, quiet, and in just the right mood for thinking.

This happens to most people I believe. I know I go through the same thing.

Best thing is, get more exercise during the day and don't drink any caffein at least 3 hours before bed, and don't eat anything at all after 6:00pm or so. You will be more ready to simply fall asleep and not give enough time for your brain to do this.

One note however, it HAS been proven that people who fall asleep faster generally have more dreams / more vivid dreams than people who do their thinking while trying to fall asleep. Don't have the actual link to the study, but I've read that in a few places.

i presumed the scariest bit exchange into going to be jogging into the church and having every person turn and verify out me, yet easily even though it exchange into relatively emotional it wasn't frightening in any respect - every person is there because of the fact they love you and choose the best for you and would't wait to be sure you looking gorgeous. the truthfully scariest bit for me exchange into extra daunting than frightening which exchange into after the rite and once you will desire to hunt advice from every person who's there and all you somewhat need is to be alongside with your new husband. in basic terms determine you get a minimum of 10 minutes by myself at the same time to have a reminiscence of the day with in basic terms you 2. solid luck, being married is so lots extra beneficial than a marriage and you will like it!!

I don't have a "scariest" part. Before falling asleep seems to be most people's. That is a GREAT time. I wouldn't let in a negative thought if it bopped me on the head. I look forward to my dreams--they're fantastic. Such a worrier you are! You can't do anything about the stuff you mentioned, when you've gone to bed, so at least let it be until tomorrow--if it truly needs pondering. You CAN clear your thoughts. I hope you learn to relax--I really do.

My scariest part of the day is at 5 or 6 am when I wake up and realize I am still alive.

I cannot get what you really wanted to say. i'm just interested in answering the question: what is the scariest part of the day. well for me it's morning time, the very moment I open my eyes. It's the scariest moment because you do not know what will happen on the rest of your day.
well actually if we will deliberate it very well, every moment would seem to us so scary if we don't have faith in HIM. If we already surrendered our all to him, definitely we'll not be scared anymore

Aw. I think to some extent all of us go through that. I know I think about, what seems like, my whole life before I drift to sleep.

If it keeps you from sleeping though, seek medical advice. There are things you can do to help.

The other scariest part of the day is waking up. I just want to sleep and then I get afraid I will sleep in and be late to class or work! ahh!

To put it in prospective your life isn't important, the human race isn't important, life isn't important. However life does form and obviously if a species survives then it continues to be, survival of a species isn't important, it's just the ones that do exist an the ones that don't do. The only reason that you think that life is important is because humans exist. If we didn't then it wouldn't matter to us whether we exist. So "right" choices don't exist. It's just that those who don't make "right" choices are dead.

That's the worst time for me. I stay up until the last possible moment and then stumble into bed. I almost never lie awake more than a second or two but I still dread it. I used to lie awake worrying for hours but a suicide hotline guy once told me to never do that and then he hung up on me. It was great advice.

The scariest part of the day is when you're stuck on the freeway, and need to go for a big number two.
