My friend, Many Indians have won Noble prizes, Like Sir,C.V. Ra man, Dr. Chandrasekhar, Amarthiya sen, Rabindarnath Tagore etc., You Know India was invaded, Occupied, and was under fore gin rule for 350 years in the mean time the Industrialization period has been missed. After Independence many res arch labs has been build ed and new scientist has been breed ed. Because of this their achievements in the field of Space, Atomic Energy, Medicine, Software are well known to all. One day they will demolish all the barriers to be in the top

It is all about how much money you have for research. It is really simple: no money=> no labs=>no research=>no noble prize
