Well for starters you could email them and apologize for your spamming behavior.

Also if you're spamed a lot then the mail client will handle the email spam and send it to junk mail or something so don't worry about it. Just Don't do it again LOL

You cannot undo that particular message. Although you may want to make sure they aren't on the list in your options section to reject later.

You can go to Spam Folder and select and then open that message and click to "Move or click on not spam. Try it out.

Emails once sent cannot be recalled back.
I suggest you email an apology and blame it on software glitch.

save on with this direction. bypass to ur e mail web site> ideas> Block handle > record of blocked addresses> locate the handle which u p.c. to unblock> opt for that> do away with> save. that's going to sparkling up ur situation.
