for a mexican citizen living their, is it possible to do this, problem is to find things to build a quick structure down their is difficult, because most things are built from cement and bricks, any help on this one would be great, thanks so much.

its possible to import anything into mexico, , , it may be illegal but the guy at the inspection station is up for bribes. i dont know if i would want a small metal building here. its hard enough to keep the theives out with cement and burgler bars, , , and a wooden door, hahahahaha, , , better make it iron, , , mine is.
in other words you can, , , but i wouldnt.

Perfect Dog, A submarine would be much more cost efficient. Go to Walmart, buy a big galvanized trash can. A piece of pvc for the periscope. Use the blades from an old fan for the motor. Take your Mother in law to the lake for a picnic, let her try out the sub.....Glub,glub...your problems are gone! ((Doggie))
