I downloaded netscape from a cd paid for month to month service.When I try to login I cannot.The only way that I can login to netscape is if I am logged in using my previous isp.I have tried everything to fix this I even took my old isp service off of my computer but netscape said i was not logged on.can someone help me I want to use netscape instead of my old isp service.I do not want to have to pay for 2 internet services so someone please help me setup netscape so i can log on when I start up my computer.

I believe that your best bet is to get a hold of the fine folks at Netscape and explain your situation to their tech support team. It may be that the CD came with a pre-installed first time use password, meaning you should change it when you first sign on. If you have not used the service at all since you installed it, ask them for a prorated discount. Then you only have to pay for the time you are actually able to use the service.
