cause im not rich and i can't eat alotta steaks and high protein foods

If you live in the US, you prolly already eat a lot more protein than you need. So no, just keep eating meat.

First of all you don't have to be rich to gain muscle. Muscle is made up of protein, but their are many foods beside steak which you can afford that contain protein. Meat is not the only thing with protein, peanuts and eggs also contain lots of protein. It is important to work out to build muscle. It doesn't come easy.

straight and simple no...it takes protiens and carbs to build the bulk in your muscle tissue!
