First of all you don't have to be rich to gain muscle. Muscle is made up of protein, but their are many foods beside steak which you can afford that contain protein. Meat is not the only thing with protein, peanuts and eggs also contain lots of protein. It is important to work out to build muscle. It doesn't come easy.
