Yes, you can. Almost anyone can model, and quite a lot depends on your personality. Get a strong portfolio and try to find a good agency who believes in you and is willing to get your name out there so you can get picked up. Good luck!!

I think you have some very positive attributes, one of which is a very positive attitude - it's like the song says, "if you want a beautiful smile, make sure you give one away every chance you get." (or something like that).

A couple of suggestions? 1, develop some new poses. Both of your poses center on leaning over and sticking your butt out. Show that you have variety. 2, Get some professional photos done. If you have the money, set up with a pro photographer at a local spot that has a lot of ambience. Before you go, have a professional hair and makeup person "do you up." Your hair may be beautiful, but we'd have no way of knowing because it's not shown well in the pics. 3, and finally, you will probably need to "tone up" a bit. Being a plus sized model does not mean that you can just be big. A successful plus sized model will still be proportionate.

You are a pretty woman - have faith in yourself. But use reality as a guidewire. Being a model is an almost unattainable dream for most young "perfect" (I hate that word) women. But the competition to be a plus sized model (because it's more indicative of the "average" female) is much harder.

I wish you the best - and if you can't become a plus sized model, I hope you become successful at whatever it does you do.

Like someone said, do a better pose and have a professional take some pics. You defiantly are pretty enough and you u seem like someone who likes to have fun.

P.S. i hated how someone asked you how fat you where? a lot of people think that anything more than a size 6 is fat. Marylin Monroe was a size 12. I am sick and tired of people thinking you have to be a size 2 to be a model and beautiful.

You've got the looks, and it looks like at least some of the moves.

I think so.

I don't like th term plus sized though. I like "normal sized".

For millions of years the ability for a body to store a little fat was necessary for survival of the human race. So that ability is the normal state. People who are skinny are showing recessive traits and that is the result of in-breeding. I have never figured out why some skinny person thinks they're superior because their ancestors committed incest.

Well, you're a pretty girl - so that's a start!

You may have to undertake a deportment course or similar - best to contact the agencies and see what they require. It may be as simple as getting a portfolio made up and seeing where that takes you (beware of those that want to charge you huge $$$'s for this though).

It porbably wouldn't hurt to tone up a fraction (I'm not suggesting you don't look good - but other plus size models whilst weighty, have proportioned figures)

I'll be honest, I'm not thick at all (I'm not skinny either) But I fully support plus size models..... Best example is Monique from the Parkers. She's very pretty and her biggest asset is that she knows she big an she knows how to dress for her body.... and I love her for that.

Maybe. You need to quit posing like that. It's cheesy. Also, you need to hire a professional photographer to take some nice shots of you and get a portfolio set up. Those crappy quality pictures will get you nowhere. Anyway, you look pretty enough. Good luck.
