I have always been pro-choice. However, when faced with the choice myself, I couldn't go through with it. I got pregnant with my son five years ago. Weighed my options and decided to keep him. I have never regretted it. However, I would never tell him I considered abortion. If I had the abortion, I would not have told a soul!

I had one when I was very young and with an older abusive man who raped me (yes, forced it on me holding me down, this is rape) saying I was old enough and ready to bear his children. I left him immediately and was pregnant. Being young and poor, scared and no support at all from anyone, I did have the abortion. I do regret it but it was the best decision at the time in my mind for myself and it was years ago.

The second abortion was recent. My child it was discovered had a giant omphallocele. Won't go into that birth defect but there is extreme complications and slim chance for survival in this baby's case. No doctor recommended the pregnancy to continue. I was 13 weeks along.

I am now 11 weeks pregnant and have a 2 year old. People change and situations are different for everyone.

Do you just want to know if anyone has had an abortion or do you want to know something about an abortion. I have never had one but know many people who have. If you have an actually question about it you can e-mail me.

yes 2 years ago, and it was the worst thing that i could have done. I am not 35 weeks and can't wait until my baby comes. That was the hardest decision that i had to make in my whole life

I did and it took 8 years of counseling to be ok with the fact that I did it. I was too young, but now I know that there could of been another way. Also my family would love me no matter what.

I had one due to complication of pregnancy, never really looked at it that way but in actuality that's what they did. very unpleasant and something I would never willingly do unless medically necessary. painful enough loosing a child, but to willingly go through with such an act I think is a selfish act due to ones irresponsibility.
