try scotch tape. It should pull out the prickly needles. Pull away from the entry point.

Oh.. tha can be painful.. Have you tried a piece of good scotch tape on your finger but not pressed to your finger tightly.. just on your finger and then pulling the tape off. sometimes that gets a lot of them out

Get the stuff that women use to pull out their leg hair. You swab it on, let it dry, then rip out those needles and whatever hair you have on your finger.
