My fiance has a hidasly funny last name and we are getting married soon. Every time I say it I cant keep from laughing and neither can anyone else. When said withe his first name its semi funny but when said with mine its so hideous it sounds like a joke. I can see it now......I am goin to die either laughin or from enbarassment on my wedding day. Any advice on how to deal with this? Oh yeah and I do feel its only right to take his last name.

Haha! Well, this is one of many things (probably) that show your fiance that you really love him. And don't be embarrassed! Be proud to be his wife. Even if it does sound pretty funny.. :)

You need to record the wedding so you can send the tape into funniest home videos. But here's a question for ya, what are you going to do when you have kids and that's their last name? LOL. provide up crying, do your homework and connect an athletic group whether inter-mural. those issues you're all bent approximately is little youngster BS. just let it be, worse things have happened at a wedding than the bride laughing, if you fake it just right they will think you are crying anyway, my daughter got tickled at hers and put the kleenex up to her face and everyone started crying we found out later she was laughing over one of the little kids in the wedding party......

why not use the letters of your name and his, or just his and make a new name. A new name, a new start, a secret the two of you share.

well everytime you have to say your name think about something in your life that makes you sad that way you will not feel like laughing...not to sure if it will work though i was offered it for the same thing but have never tried it.
