My insurance will pay for it because of back and shoulder pain. I am a D cup now and after surgery I would be a small B. I don't have a choice in the size because the insurance company mandates a certain amount to be removed. Soooooo do I get the free surgery and have small perky breasts or save up and pay for the procedure myself and go down to just a C cup which is the size I would prefer. It would cost me somewhere in the high $5000 range and would be years before i could do it.

Depending upon your age, height and weight is how you should approach the matter. And, to make certain the back pain is related to your belief that it stems from your breast size. And, it would also depend upon your own personal history as to whether or not you were ever in any car accident or have a case pending for any physical injuries.

There are so many factors that would have to be considered to give advise. Get the absolute facts and current medical condition. I have known women with D cups and they never had any pain that was attributed to the size of their breasts and then there were some who were affected.

More information is needed. Proceed with caution and find out whether or not your insurance company will pay for any aftercare including medications, if needed.

The wording offered by your doctor and the opinion offered by more than one doctor may be needed and you may get down to a c-cup and have the insurance company pay for any operation. Again, ask all the necessary questions for surgery, follow up care and medications...

If you're having actual pain right now, go for the reduction. B-cup breasts are attractive too, and really it's more how you dress than how much stuffing you have that makes for a pretty bosom. If you are getting back and shoulder pain it's probably affecting your posture and that's a big minus, too.

When your husband kisses your bare breasts (on your wedding night, naturally) he's going to think they're just about perfect anyway.

Breast Reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
