How do i keep my floating tremolo system tuned?

Question

every time i press my whammy bar down all my strings go flat. when i pull it up all my strings stay a lil sharp. how do i keep the tuning to standard and still use the whammy bar?

depending on the guitar(make etc.) you can try opening the back and removing one of the springs,this of course will change the dynamics and tensil strength,the best way to do this is change the system on your whammy(floyd rose etc)or but a string locking mechanism(new hardware)which will stabalize it more
