If you are skinny, then go with a basic black spaghetti strap or if it's cold, try a plain black turtleneck.
If you have a few pounds, go for something like a short black tunic with a turtle neck, regardless of sleeves.

Try a graphic tee with a ribbed tank in a coordinating color under it and a cute cropped jacket.
