when i showed suffecient evidence to a judge about the deliberate distruction of my trailer the tenets were allowed to stay another 10 days. the judged violated oregon revised statue 90.325 which states that a tenet that does substantial damage can be evicted in 24 hrs. so i guess a judge can do whatever pleases them and doesnt have to follow federal guidelines-- so much for justice
