ive been dieting 3 weeks and lost 10 pounds.I dont see anything yet.I walk and jog everyday.I do arm exercises every night.I've also changed my eating habits.I drink plenty of water.What am i doing wrong?

Losing 10 pounds in 3 weeks is major progress!! You aren't doing anything wrong. Normal weight loss during a diet is usually between .5 - 2.5 pounds per week. You are ahead of that.
