if so...how do i medidate to see auras?..i need to see the objects aura to move it right?...well how ?

With telekinesis, it's about moving MATERIAL things... "matter"... not exactly auras or energies... but as for meditating to SEE the auras, check out http://www.the-auras-expert.com/how-to-meditate.html

telekenisis works by being able to retrieve "floating" information. It's just like getting wifi access. However, moving objects is not the same.
