Deepak Chopra is selling this feedback training thing called Journey to Wild Divine or something like that with fingertip electrodes, fairly affordable, haven't read any reviews yet.
Not for general applications obviously, just an adventure/educational game. But maybe a step in the right direction?

Well, you would end up doing something dumb if you do not have the proper harware to interface with the computer. Researchers at MIT have already come up with such devices.

However you connect yourself to your computer don't connect yourself to the power supply because it'll be your last interaction with your dear computer.

there are no computers advanced for that yet. much less a software program to handle that kind of manipulation.
