Do your kidney's hurt(lower back area)?? For me that is a sign of UTI. Drink cranberry juice (100 percent), lots of water and you can take some AZO stat (you can find this at walmart, if you can't find it on the self usually bottom in the strangest places) ask a person at the pharmacy to help you. Do this for about a week and you should feel better. Mine were always brought on by high intake of soda especially dark sodas. I learned to steer clear of them all together.
Good Luck!!

First thing: some discharge is normal--all women get it. It will change in color and thickness throughout the month.
UTI: usually accompanied by pain with peeing and could include a fever. For a mild one, lots of water and cranberry juice or cranberry extract pills from a healthfood store will help. For a major one, your mom will take you to the doctor because you will be so sick. It doesn't sound like she is neglectful, just has to make sure you are really sick since money is tight.
Yeast infection: a yeast infection can have weird smelling discharge and itch. You can buy an over-the-counter cream that goes into your vagina and on the vulva to help treat it. You can also take acidopholus caplets from the health food store to fight it off or eat yogurt that says "with active cultures" on the label. It sounds gross, but you can also put plain yogurt on your vulva to help with the itching. I personally suggest just getting the cream. And, with a yeast infection, sometimes getting your period will rebalance your yeast and fix it. Some things that can trigger a yeast infection include taking oral antibiotics or wearing underwear that is too tight or made out of nylon (doesn't let air circulate where it needs to). I suppose there are cases where a yeast infection is bad enough to see a doctor about but I have never needed to.

Your symptoms sound like bacterial vaginosis, especially if the discharge has a fishy smell. This will not go away unless it is treated with an anti-infective medication that must be prescribed by a health care provider. Whatever county you live in must have some sort of care for people with no money. Look in the phone book and see if you can find a clinic funded by the county. It would be listed under (name of your county) County of. If you have a planned parenthood clinic in your area they also provide lo or no cost care. If you live near a larger town, they should have some sort of care available. If your family income is below a certain amount you can qualify for Medicaid, and you and your mom would need to go to the Department of Human Resources. If you are 14 you should be in school, talk to your school nurse and she can also help you. I hope one of these suggestions help you to get the attention you need. Good Luck. And it really must be taken care of because it can, over time, lead to a much more serious infection.

Clear or white discharge is quite normal. If its thick and white and lumpy like cottage cheese or smells bad, then you have an infection. If your pee smells bad, it could be an infection, or it could be from your diet. Certain foods can make your pee smell funny - especially asparagus. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help flush your kidneys and bladder. You want your pee to be almost clear. If it's bright yellow then you've either had a multi-vitamin recently or you are not drinking enough water. If it's at all pinkish, red or brown, then you probably have an infection, and should see a doctor. Having a period isn't going to fix it.

Normally, a foul odor indicates something potentially serious... serious in that it can get worse. Infections can cause scarring and sterility in some cases. Not trying to scare you, but you really shouldn't put off getting this checked out... It could be something as simple as a yeast infection or could be an STD (if you are sexually active) or possibly bacterial... you won't know unless you get a check up.
Check with your school nurse if nothing else (if you have one). Calling a nearby doctor and seeing if payment arrangements can be made is also an option. If your mom won't take you, check with another female family member... grandmother, aunt or other female you feel close with and can confide in.

Every town has a free clinic. They don't check your pay and they will help a minor without parents permission. I think u have to look under CDC or free clinic in the phone book. Even if it IS just a urinary infection an urinary infection that keeps coming back is very SERIUOS!. Red pills called EZOS are found at walmart for it. but will fix symptoms not problem. Are u using perfumes anywhere below belly even legs?, or perfumed laundry detergent, perfumed lotion, soap, feminine spray or perfume duche? Sented toilet paper, sented pads? All could be causing it. Use unsented everything.

ok, when I was 8 years old I had a urinary trrack infection sooo bad that my kidneys infected. I am well now, thank to antibiotics but, White discharge could be vaginal discharge from when you start you period, the smell of urine being foul could more than likely be normal, but, if you feel any sharp pain down there than most likely you do have a infection. DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE AND LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!! no kidding you this can cure you if staty loyal to it. it is a remedy my mom would you use whe n she would get an infection. the water helps clean out your system and the cranberry juice has somthing in it that fights the infection. I know this sounds bizzzare, but I have had 2 infections like that in my life and this helps. if you feel pain in ypur abodomen, like really bad pain, go to your docter, regardless of bills, if your kidneys get the infection, then you could get sick so sick. so i hope this advice is useful to you.

sorry that u cant speak on your father and mother approximately it , however for those who think that there could also be some thing mistaken ... to ease your demanding you'll be able to take a look at calling to a neighborhood health center and asking them what u must understand , however i "feel" there isnt to a lot to fear approximately on the grounds that it sounds beautiful traditional , even though tons of discharge would be as a result of an contamination like micro organism that's traditional in females mostly however mostly want therapy to remedy , lacking your interval for three months will have to be looked at to make certain the whole lot is okay , well success and speak to a health center over the telephone so u can inform them precisely whats happening and no longer be afraid or pass to a neighborhood well being division to your field if u think not sure .... well success

First of all don't get scared. I know it can be weird and all, but really the main thing to do is to see a doc. If you can't, go for the cranberry juice...ALOT. That will help, also yogurt helps too. You might want to go to the local drug store and even get cranberry vitamins. (They really not pricey, maybe $4.00, look for the 2 for 1 deals) That will help keep your system right. The reason your pee smells bad is your not drinking enough water. You need alot of water and alot of cranberry juice, not just one or two glasses, I mean at least the whole bottle, (in a day). Watch, you'll see, it will all be fine.

If you have UTI, the pain durine urination will make you wince or even near faint. As Tom Hanks says in the movie 'Green Mile', its like pissing glass shards.
What you may have is a yeast infection. You should be able to get some over the counter medication for it. Maintain good hygiene. If its a recurring problem, you need to see a doctor. Are there any community hospitals in your area that dont believe in making you bankrupt before treating you?
