Kim Il Jung has used what little resources it North Korea has to become a member of the atomic boys club.
Meanwhile the majority of his people are starving.
And thinks he is going to blackmail the world into feeding his people.

and the media in the 'free world' is bias, why shouldnt North Korea's. They would say it worked even if it didnt. Thats how you play propaganda my friend, lies are more believable than truth sometimes.
