No responsible organization, including the NRA, will let anyone invade the privacy of its members. However, a Zogby poll in 2000 came up with some unexciting but worthy results (first item on Yahoo after you type in "nra member demographics").
Beyond including all races, faiths, political backgrounds, and ages, as indicated by Zogby, I know as a long-time member that there are a lot of cops, soldiers, hunters, target shooters (rifle, pistol, shotgun) and collectors, and there are a good number of women members, including Sandy Froman (an attorney and current President of the NRA), Marian Hammer (President before Charlton Hesston), Louise Mandrell (country singer Barbara Mandrell's sister) and others. Mandrell and Hammer are both champion competitive trap and skeet shooters. And you know actor Tom Selleck, who is on NRA's 75-man board of directors. MANY of our United States Presidents were NRA life members, includingTeddy Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, and Ronald Reagan.
