They have people in your local law enforcement that can handle it...but as far as a special online task force Im not sure....

Yes there are, call your local police and they can give you the information you are looking for. If that does not work, contact the Attorney General of your state.

Yes, the real police. If you are feeling threatened or stalked, then you can call the police and they can tell you what to do. If the stalked lives in another county or state, the police in your area should be able to tell you how to contact that area's police.

It depends on the state, many states have a special unit for it, and of course we all know of the federal watch list. but yes, thre are usally people you can call
