You can get it from PlannedParenthood for free and ahead of time with your regular birth control.
Also, try a drugstore like Long's or Walgreens. You can get a prescription online bring it and buy it at the store, it should cost between $20-50.
It also depends what state you live in (assuming you live in the U.S.). The source website you should help you with that.

The "Plan B" pill has been approved for OTC sale by the FDA to women over the age of 18. It is currently available in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Vermont and Washington state. The approval was on August 24, 2006, so not all states have it yet; it is scheduled to be availble OTC in all states by the end of October. If you're not in one of those states, and need to get it, check with Planned Parenthood.

Please note that I answered your question assuming you are in the US.

Plan B has been approved for OTC use but it hasn't been marketed yet in the OTC packaging yet... as far as I know from my community pharmacy practice setting in Indiana.

Nine states (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Washington and Vermont) has passed regulations making it available without a prescription, but you should call your pharmacy in advance to make sure they offer and stock Plan B. If you live in another state, you can obtain a prescription from your primary care physician, gynacologist, an emergency room physician, Planned Parenthood, etc. to obtain PlanB.

Go to a local pharmacist nearby you and you have to talk to them, you have to sit through this procedure of ten minutes or something where they tell you all about Plan B and its possible consequences.
Or just go search on google if your residing city has Family Planning Clinics or places like that where they sell Plan B to you at a cheaper price and no procedures are necessary.

I am not sure but, do you know there was a girl that died from taking that pill? How could you kill your own child anyway? Unless its a rape incident I think the day after pill is a crock and if you had sex without being responsible about it why should an innocent life be murdered so you can go do it again and again?
