What you have do is check your leauges scoring system some leagues count points for ret yardage and TDs some dont.
Most leauges count any kind of TDs though...so mostly likely but check your scoring system.

Since you are in a Yahoo league, click on settings on your league page. You should see all the scoring defined there.

It depends on your commissioner's scoring system, most score a player's TD a six points regardless of how he makes it.
