I would like to open a free email account (if any is available) that allows me to download my email to a folder on my computer so that I can read the email while I'm offline and also be able to move them around on my computer or save them to a removable drive. I used to have one such account with EdsaMail but they have switched from free email to being a paid one. Any recommendations?

GMAIL, and MSN paid email services allow you POP 3 mails you can configure it with outlook and download ur mails and read them offline.
