Someone has to define "immoral" first. For example: is it immoral to go over 40 miles per hour in your car? In a residential neighborhood, the answer is yes, otherwise the anser is no.
We don't make the rules for ourselves. We aren't our own judges and jury. Your partner is your judge and jury. If your partner says it's okay, it's okay. If not, not.
