He died from an accidental lethal comb. of methadone and two different anti-depressant pills of which only one was prescribed to him at the time of his death.

Last I heard it was drug-related, cocaine I think. It's sad, but really, who cares? He wasn't an innocent, thanks to growing up with a "mother" like her.
The Amish children shot and killed last Monday are the ones who should be on our minds, talk about innocent!
