There are challenge and response system programs for e-mails: messages from senders not in your address book or on an approved list will not go to your inbox. Instead, the sender is asked to confirm the e-mail. Once the sender responds, the original message is delivered. Since spammers do not have time to reply, spam messages will not be delivered.

Three popular challenge and response programs are:
Qurbhttp://www.qurb.com
Vanquish Anti-Spamhttp://www.vanquish.com
WinAntiSpamhttp://www.winantispam.com/

create a filter in yahoo doing this:
o create a new filter, first you need to view the Filters page by clicking the "Mail Options" link on the right-hand navigation bar, and then selecting "Filters" located in the middle of the page, under Mail Management.

Once on the filters page you will have access to creating a filter by doing the following:

1. Click the "Add Filter" link.
2. Choose the field you want to match in the incoming message. For example, select the one of the following headers: From, To/Cc, Subject, or Body to match.
3. Choose the criterion by which you want a match to be made. For example: contains, ends with.
4. Enter the text string to compare. In your case: "Best for your health, Keithmrowe!".
5. Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered. For example: Personal, News, Admin.
6. If you have more than one filter, you'll also see radio buttons to the left of the filter. Use these buttons to select the placement of your new filter within your existing sequence of filters. Filter order is important because Filter 1 will be the first filter applied to an incoming message, Filter 2 will be the next, and so on until a match is made or all filters are passed. If no filters match an incoming message, it will be delivered to your Inbox.
7. Be sure to click the "Add Filter" button to put your new filter into effect.

Quick fix:

If it is in your inbox, cl in the box preceding the sender, then cl SPAM.

If it is in your bulk mail folder, cl the box, then cl "move to."
move it to your inbox.
From the inbox, follow instructions above -- cl it then cl SPAM.
That address will be blocked from your address.
