The Ladies Home Journal has some wonderful thigh firming/tightening exercises at http://www.lhj.com/home/Thigh-Exercises.html, and if you want to lose fat, you're going to have to get moving. If you don't like running or walking, try aerobics (step or basic), dancing, Tae-Bo or martial arts, kickboxing, jumping rope, working with weights, squats and lunges, etc. If you need more ideas, any fitness professional in a gym or other athletic training facility should be able to give you excellent tips and ideas.

Try doing Sit-ups. This helps reduce the thigh and hip fats.

Well right now I'm on a diet.I only eat fruits and vegetables.I have stairs so I go up and down them more often.Plus I don't eat after 8pm.So basically that is what I would suggest you do.

Stop eating junk food. Start eating salad only. What do you say? Come on, be realistic. Without physical exercises it is impossible.

well those are really the best ways unles you can swim or dance. exercise is better for you than any diet you can try and it's usuallt free. try sports or something with a friend or sign up for a gym.

water and starvation u have to stay away from all that starch
try cutting out soda and bread and anything fried try fruit and salad or even soup
i've even heard pplz who use laxatives
