Some people push their real feelings in the back of their head while talking to the person they actually want to be the most honest with. I think you are thinking if you actually show your true feelings and she doesn't feel the same you may lose her altogether (are you afraid of rejection)... BUT this rarely happens..... Sweetie just take a dive and say it or do something, it may be hard but once you have got it off your chest you will feel so much better... Also if you have already invited her out with you i am pretty sure she would have some idea that your keen, and waiting for your move. Good Luck : )

It's hard to express your feelings because you fear of the consequences that would follow. Once u tell her how you feel, u don't know whether she would be happy about it, sad, mad, confused, intrigued, etc. Atleast you already made the first move of having a get-together with her. That's a start. Get to know her first and be friends with her, then eventually, tell her how you feel - when the time is right and when you're ready. I think it's better to be honest in the long run rather than be secretive about your feelings. If she doesn't like you "that" way, then it's her loss. Just charge it to experience. If she does, then yay! Good luck. ;o)

I use to be like you... I couldn't open up its not that i was afraid i just couldn't do it.... i knew what i wanted to say but nothing would ever come out and when i tried i just turned into a fumbling mess especially when trying to talk to a girl i really liked.... But i just kept saying to myself if i don't act/say what i want i might never get another chance to do it.. So i just suck it up now and do it... What have you got to lose....

What I've learned is that sometimes you only get one chance for love. I've got rejected couple of times after so many, you kind of shake them off. Knowing is better than not knowing if there's a chance for love.

I find the closer I am to someone the harder it is to be expressive like that. I think that I am afraid of them disapproving of me.
