Netscape help?

I got a netscape cd from my local wal-mart.I downloaded the cd everything was going fine until it asked for my settings.I need to know why I cannot get my settings changed from lan/cable to what I use witch is DialUp When I download Netscape it tells me i am using Lan or cable.I tried everything Netscape told me to do to fix this but still is not fixed can someone help please.Also what is Netscapes Mailing address I need to send them a letter through the postoffice.

i wouldn't worry about that...it's not a big deal

as far as the address, call their 800-number and get it directly from them
