The best way to relieve stress is to find a place where it is quite. In this place, put something in it that relaxes you. Also try meditating on what is causing the stress, and you may relieve it.

The beast way to relieve stress is to do some thing you in joy. Like walking . Turning on music. Taking a hot bath. Some times just taking a nape.

i have 3 that work GREAT!!! first is just a nice llloooooooonngggggggggggggg bath with bubbles and some good music or read a book.
ok my 2ed GREAT!!!! way to get rid of stress is YOGA!!! put some nick music on and do the yoga.
or just a nice walk around the block with a friend(or music!)

Well, don't use incense or candles, they just make my head hurt. Sit down and just get some things done. You'll feel better, and if you actually have the time go do yoga or something, then obviously you should spend that time actually DOING something important that'll help. It also helps to listen to some good music while you are getting the activity done. Hope I helped!

Talking about your problem, sometimes when you say it out loud, and here other peoples opinion, it makes your stress less important. Sometimes you will find out how common that particular stress is. I like to sip on chamomile tea and vent. It is sooo helpful.

Do some yard work it does wonders 4 me go rake up some leaves lol.I had tons of them yesterday lol

the deep breathing [in through the nose, out through the mouth] really works. imagine that your inhaling calmness and imagine all the stress exiting as you exhale. it works for other things too like if your nervous. exhale the nervousness out.
