Check and see if Candlelighter's are in your area. They are a non-profit organization that picks up good clothes and furniture or small appliances and resels them for funds . Their mission is to help families with children who have cancer. They cover pretty much if not all of the expenses for the cancer victim. They are a great cause. You can use as tax deduction. I have posted their site so you can check it out.

Post the items on Craigslist.com At the bottom of your ad put pick up only. Make sure to post in the free section. Someone will want them and ocme and pick them up.
