well it is true that they don;t use birth control.. well in most cases. But even with that you could avoid many situations of becoming pregnant. Nah, it's because they believe that having kids are a gift from God, and they want as many as God wants them to have.. wiether that be 1 or 12.

I can’t think of a better group to be doing all the procreating. After all is there anyone more wholesome than Amish?
If I was into having kids, I would want to be Amish.
