try the mummy wrap game. Get tons of toilet paper ready though.
1. Get 3 or more couples/partners ( works with groups too ). One will be the mummy and the other(s) will be embalmers/"decorators."
2. groups are given exactly 2 mins, to wrap the "victim"...err... participant in toilet rolls and he must be cover from face to feet. At the end of the 2 mins... the "mummies" will have to "catwalk" the "design".
3. Winner is decided by loudest applause and screams.
p/s: for goodness sakes Stoenr... they are 14! lolol

If you've got a big punch bowl or similar you can fill rubber gloves with coloured water, like green or red, tie the wrists of the gloves with a twist tie and then put it in the freezer. ( It's best if you can hang them in the freezer) Then when it's frozen pull off the glove by rinsing it in hot water, then float the icehands in the punch bowl! Looks nice and gruesome. You can do the same thing if you have an old halloween masks that have clearly defined features and are rigid enough to sit in the fridge.

And I suggest you can have a pinyada, and a dance party with a dance compitition. O, and a Karaoke. Then you can order lots of subways or pizza. And, you can have a costume contest, to see who has the best costume!
You guys could also play Truth or Dare, and tell Ghost Stories at night.

So cool! My daughter was born on the 28th of Oct. See if your parents can get some dry ice and put it in a black coulron for a spooky effect. How about bobbing for apples, blindfolding guests and having them dig for eyeballs and worms and eating them ( grapes and gummy worms in pudding or jello), get some cool spooky music to play in the background see who can tell the best ghost story- and award the winner with a prize. well, how exciting!!!
*how about the 'guessing game': filling bowls/bags/boxes with disgusting-feeling things like bioled eggs(eyeballs), peeled bananas (turds), etc. and blindfold your guests and have them go down a line guessing what they're feeling!!!
*fill a bowl with dry rice and safety pins- give each guest 60secs to pull as many safety pins from the bowl while blindfolded.
*a 'boo' game- give each guest $25 of monopoly money and see who makes the most $ at the end of the night by making someone scream with a simple, scarry "BOO"- the person who screams gives the BOO-er whatever amount of $ they feel it was worth....
and of course, going all-out and doing a 'hauted house or trail' always is a thrill in my neck of the woods.... good luck, have fun and BE SAFE!!!!

have a best costume prize that is really cool but a prize for all costumes so no one feels left out. as for food have some new names for food like ghostly goulash and devil's food cake and wheels of life, drinks from the cauldron of mog(pop). be creative and have fun let your imagination run wild
