reverse it by dissolving the plague on your arteries that is causing it. As the plague builds the veins and arteries get narrower and the pressure builds like a garden hose that is narrower.
To do this take cayenne and raw garlic..the two together dissolve plague and reverse the damage..I believe this is the only thing that does beside medical things like the balloon in the veins. This will reduce your risk of heart attacks as ell.
for cayenne, it is also the hotter the better,,a tincture is best,b tu as many can't take that burning on the tongue, you can se capsules, but the garlic MUST be fresh..at least one cap of cayenne 4 x a day and at least one clove of raw garlic 4 x a day..
Try the garlic minced in salad, in yogurt (some old lady in the store gave me a sheet how she healed herself of an incurable illness with 25 or 30 cloves of garlic a day..she said she put it in blueberry yogurt as it didn't burn as much that way..she added it with dairy as I recall..or just swallow it whole..but get it in you.
I hear of this from a book called left for dead..he reversed the need for a 2nd corany bypass surgery with this regimin.
I will be back..I need to look up some stuff for you..

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Though Homeopathic remedies are prescribed according to the patients individual symptoms not by the symptoms of the disease or disorder but if you prefer salty things and if you are a tense and depressed patient the following three Homeopathic remedies will help you feel wonderfully well and keep your High Blood pressure in control :-
AURUM MET 30
BRYONIA ALBA 30
NATRIUM MUR 30
Take all three of them together thrice a day half hour before or after meals(work faster on an empty stomach) take them regularly and after taking them for three days please let me know about your progress. Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, mints, Red Meat and excessive salt while taking Homeopathic remedies and especially if you are a Hyper Tension patient.
Take Care and God Bless you !

Why don't you talk to your health care provider about this. High blood is nothing to play around with. It can be way too dangerous, and I think you realize that. There are many alternative remades that you can access today but you need to get it down with prescriptions first. After it becomes manageable you can keep it that way with L-Arginine, fish oil, hawthorn berries, vitamin E, NAC.

I had high blood pressure for years. Sometimes the drugs need changed. You have to take them daily. Also take a baby asprin (coated) everyday this will keep you from having a stroke. Keep on your doctor to change your meds if they are not working and take your blood pressure often every four hours, if possible keep the results and give them to your doctor. So he can see the extent of the matter. If you lose 10lbs. that will take about 10 pts off your pressure naturally, reducing stress. sleeping on your left side brings it down about 20pts, while your on laying down. Excercising, not smoking. I lost 10lbs and stopped stressing and my pressure went down and I got off birth control pills, it really messed with my pressure. I got preganant but that's another story.

If these 2 meds aren't controlling you BP, then you need to go back to your doctor and have him/her either adjust your dosage or try other meds.
Don't risk your health trying different herbs or vitamins. For the most part, there hs been little to no actual testing of these for their effectiveness or safety. Some can counteract the effects of medications.
Make an appointment with your doctor, and good luck.

I would investigate dietary remedies. Certain foods like oatmeal lower cholesterol and other foods significantly increase cholesterol. I would consult your doctor about which foods can help you lower your cholesterol. Pills alone will not lower cholesterol. Lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise are essential in combination with the drugs. There are no quick fixes.
