no its not legal, anyone over the age of 18 is not permitted to have that kind of relationship with a minor. Sorry hun, by law you are a minor.

yes you are a minor and will not be legal until the age of 18 unless your parents/guardians legally imancepate you. by have an intimate relationship with this person she can be charged with cardnial knowledge of a juvenile even if your parents say it is okay. it is illegal and she can be charged and serve jail time also get probation.

Depends on where you live. Pretty sure everywhere outside of texas, you're a minor. I know inside texas, as long as you're 3 (or is it 2..?) years apart, its legal. any more than that, and you're s.o.l.
but also if you have parental consent its legal, b/c they won't press charges. so start suckin up to your dad. or your mom, if your dads a prick. lol
